Return & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Requests for refunds would only be entertained if the pair you received was damaged and unworn. Please write to us at laceupindia@gmail.com to take your case further. Our team will look into the situation and work to give you an apt solution.

Returns

We only accept returns for damaged products or if the wrong size was delivered per your order. We advice you to take an unboxing video. All original accessories and items must be included in the parcel that is being returned if the return is approved. The pair must be shipped in the same conditions as when it was initially purchased, with the tags attached.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the pair is returned in LaceupIndia protective box. If the box is damaged, the customer must double-box the pair in a larger, protective carton or box and secure it with tape before sending.


Cancellations

If your cancellation request qualifies, you will be refunded 100% of the entire amount. 

In instances of receival of a faulty product, the customer must send in a mail at laceupindia@gmail.com with the images of the product within two days of the product being received. If the complaint is legit, an appropriate solution/redressal would be served to the issue.
